They listened to my concerns, did not try to upsell me, and worked within my means to come up with a treatment plan that would work best. One of the dental hygienists was kind enough to truly explain the work and charges. The kindness extended to the actual dental work I had done. The doctor was gentle, the hygienist helping her was awesome, and I almost fell asleep in my chair. Who can actually say that about a root canal? The only reason I had to bump them one star was because they weren’t able to process my supplemental insurance and I have to submit the claim myself. To clarify, they do check your insurance and accept it. I’m not sure that it’s their fault or the insurer, but I wish they could’ve handled it. I will be returning, and recommending them to everyone.”
