This has been the dry cleaning valet that my family and I have gone to for 15+ years. Great service and care, extremely nice owners and very efficient. Not sure why there are any negative reviews for them - out of the (many!) dry cleaning places in McLean, this is without doubt the right one to go to.
Always friendly and courteous service. I've had dresses and pants altered with them and they have always done a great job listening to my specific needs. Sue, the owner, has even saved me by offering same day service when I needed an item dry cleaned. Great customer service!
