2 HOUSES = 2 GREAT EXPERIENCES!! It’s been a pleasure working with Andrew and his team at RE/MAX Distinctive. Previously, I had listed my Vienna home for sale twice with a different realty company. We had very little foot-traffic and success. Finally, I was introduced to Andrew and he was able to educate and provide advice on certain value-added things that would increase the probability of selling my home. Small things like paint color, and tips on staging really went a long way. Pairing that with RE/MAX Distinctive / Andrew’s network of brokers and clients, allowed my property to have much more exposure in the DMV area. Never did I once feel pressured into making any changes or decisions that I wasn’t comfortable with. Andrew and his team were true advocates of my goals and priorities. Ultimately with the help of Andrew and his team, we were able to sell my Vienna home for over-asking price from a list price that I was already satisfied with. The quick turn-around time really showcased all of the hard work, attention to detail, and diligence that went into my home.

Because Andrew and his team did such an amazing job helping me sell my home, my wife and I  enlisted their help with searching for my new home. I gave Andrew and his team the details, criteria, and budget that we were looking for. They were able to understand our needs and the type of properties that we had in mind. Andrew and his associate, Matt, were able to line up some properties that fell within our guidelines. They made themselves readily available for the showings, and for any questions or concerns we had with each property we viewed. Andrew & Matt had an incredible amount of patience as House-Hunting isn’t always the most relaxing of tasks. They were always there to give their opinion and advice, and always did what was in our best interest. We finally found a property and eventually decided to put an offer down. Before that, Andrew & Matt ran the numbers as what was an appropriate offer given all of the neighborhood comps and the scope of updating that needed to be done. We never felt embarrassed or shy to bounce our ideas or numbers off of them as we felt they were advocates for us, and had our best interest at heart. With their expertise and some negotiating, my wife and I were able to purchase the home that we wanted. We could not have done that without Andrew, Matt, & RE/MAX Distinctive’s help. I understand that there are many realtors out there and the home-buying process can be overwhelming, but my wife and I had the best experience with Andrew & his team. We felt that they cared and understood what we wanted. It was not just a transaction for them. They put the client first, and continued to build and cultivate the relationship.
