This poor park needs some help. More like some TLC or a neighborhood group that will help out. Of course maybe Fairfax County would say no to help due to liability fears...so we all suffer because they are scared of getting sued....but i digress. I give it four stars to promote neighborhood parks generally. The sad part is the dedicated flag pole with no flag pole. It would be nice to have some trails through the woods. As it stands the neighboring houses have taken to making part of the park property part of their yards. The grass gets cut regularly, there are nets on the basketball hoops, and there is a porta-potty (i did not look inside). Parking on the street.
Little baseball field, basketball court, and playground. There are bleachers for spectators and picnic tables and lots of shade.
This is a great place to bring the kids. It is not a big park but it does have swings, a playground, a basketball court and a baseball diamond. It is pretty quiet most of the time so the kids can play on whatever they want.
