“I called Kurt in a panic, boarding the auto train in Sanford, Fl on a Friday afternoon in route to make my permanent move to Massachusetts. My car was overheating and barely made it to the train. He graciously agreed to meet me Saturday morning, after my train was due to arrive. Kurt quickly got me fixed up and confidently back on the road, as well as gave me directions to the nearest places to eat and get gas since I was not familiar with the area.
