  My family came to T-Mobile to switch over our phone service. We previously had AT&T and Sprint. Derrick, Kewal, and the staff were super helpful. Me and my family were confused as to which plans to get, however we were made aware of the diffent options where we could get the most and save the most money. Even though this isn’t the closest T-Mobile store to my house, I will be coming here from now on for the excellent customer service.

  I was promised that my phones would have been paid off if I switched over. I did not activate through this store, I had someone come to my house to sign me up. It has been 3 months and not a sing from either T-mobile or the rep that signed me up. I stopped by this store to see if someone could help me. This rep named Kewal was so thorough getting to the bottom of this for me I couldn't be more satisfied. He spent 2 hours with me during this holiday hour and got it done. A1 customer service. Jha Bless this store.

  Came to inquire about my bill, found out I was late and T-mobile suspended all my lines and tacked on restoration fees equaling to $130. Kewal and store manager Derrick got on the phone with their support team and explained my situation and got it waived. They made me feel like I was a valued customer. I can’t speak for others but for me for the past year Derrick and his team have provided the best customer service to me and my family. I would recommend this store to all my friends and family.

  Extremely helpful and very friendly. I would recommend coming in and take look if you want to get some accessories for your phone even if you don't have T-Mobile as your carrier! Anyways place is awesome with a great atmosphere!
