  Lived here for over one year. Everyone at the leasing office is responsive and kind. Maintenance request always got resolved within one day. They also help you rent the apartment out if you decide to terminate your lease earlier. That's very helpful!

  Have been in the building for almost four years and love it. The amenities are top notch, the office staff are all very friendly, helpful, and responsive, and the few maintenance requests I've filed have been serviced within 24 hours, even low priority issues I reported on weekends.

  Have been here for some time now. Everyone at the front office is always so kind and willing to help. Maintenance request are always snappy (especially when you lose your keys!). Wonderful experience overall.

  Very nice experience for the first half year of my stay here.
  The maintenance can fix smaller requests within one day.
  The only thing is that, like some other reviews mentioned, some of the elevators are out of service quite often.

  Positive experience moving in and getting settled. Great leasing office staff and clean building. Off to a great start here at the Avalon Park Crest!
