I love this office. They’re so nice, and the whole visit went smoothly. They were so good with my daughter. 10/10 recommend.

Highly recommend. Went there with an embarrassing dry-skin rash on my privates. Felt very self-conscious about it. But Dr. Schuster and her assistant Taylor were super-chill and professional. They made me feel unembarrassed about it, quickly identified the problem, and prescribed the necessary meds. The whole visit took about 15 minutes. Great team there at Excel Dermatology.

Dr Marina was thorough and took time to carefully review my skin concerns. The front desk staff was very professional and considerate to accommodate me as I was there on crutches. I was prescribed a prescription which needed authorization from my insurance company and the staff went above and beyond to coordinate me with Care Connect Pharmacy who got it approved very quickly. I will definitely be using them for my future skin needs.

My experience was very good. Reception was very efficient and friendly. The clinical staff were very easy going and helpful. They shared information about the procedure and made me feel relaxed the whole time.

Happy with the service. Dr. Suarez was professional, friendly and listened. Dr. Suarez offered suggestions and I listened but she did not exert pressure to comply. I will say, however, that her assistants need more training in customer service. Her assistant did not smile or exchange pleasantries when she did the preliminary assessment regarding my visit. She did not seem happy to be there. I expect better customer service treatment if I am paying for a service. I do recommend Dr. Suarez for her professionalism.
