  professional,and patient service rep I’ve
  ever dealt with.He always goes that extra mile help the customer.
  Product knowledge is top notch.

  Nigel Hayes, General Manager is excellent! I met him while at the dealership the other day. He cared about me as a customer and listened to me as well. He have an extensive stellar career with Koons and him being appointed to GM here at Koons Toyota is a great move!
  
  Excellent 5 star dealership that is honest polite and they care about their customers. I've been coming here for years. I tell all my friends and clients. They're just as happy.

  Loved the service here. Car shopping can always be such a stressful experience but the workers at Koons make sure they listen and follow your budget. They provide you sound advice and try to really help you get the lowest possible interest rate that is available to you in regards to your credit score and such. I'm glad I made the trip to see Leroy and Khalid.

  Paloma Jones has the best customer relation and glad to have her as our new sales rep.. Congratulations to Michael Summer as he moves to be a manager..Great Team all around and friendly environment. Good to have dealership that understands the values of customers..Keep it up..

  My Salesperson was Alex Guzman and HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY OVER AND OVER! I was seriously shocked at How HELPFUL he was throughout and even after the Sales Process! Thank You Alex, You Are Truly An Amazing Person and My Family and I WISH YOU THE VERY BEST!
