Brought my vehicle in due to engine light being on and an oil change. Christopher Mitchell was my service rep and he took very good care of me. He really went above and beyond his duties.

They are prompt and efficient, that is what you need from a dealership. The nice people, clean show room and garage area are the added features. The car was ready in the time they said to expect it to be ready. Great organization.

I am facing some very expensive repairs on my transmission and engine. This dealership is working on my behalf to go to Nissan Corporate and see if they will cover and/or reduce some of those costs. My hope is the cost will come down enough to get the repairs, but regardless this dealership and my technician Frederic really have gone out of their way to help me with this. Finding a trustworthy mechanic and dealership is often challenging, but Hart Nissan of Alexandria has proven to be one for sure.
