Rick Boddie is an excellent lawyer. But there are a lot of excellent lawyers. What distinguishes Rick from other lawyers is that he can work so fast and so efficiently that you are paying for actual legal services instead of telephone calls to other lawyers talking about their golf game. Most lawyers will engage in doing everything that they can instead of only those tasks that are necessary. A laser beam instead of a shot gun. He does concentrate in certain areas of the law and really, really knows his stuff. Better yet he has tried so many cases that he knows how a lot of the judges would rule on this or that issue because he has prior experience with a lot of those judges on those issues before. A lot of lawyers don'y like Rick because he just does not deal with the BS that most lawyers throw around. He doesn't hold his client's hand though. If there is a reason to talk to you he will. If its just a waste of time he won't let you keep him on the phone to make money or keep him from working on yours or another client's case.
