“Great location. This firehouse is considered a TROT (Tech Rescue) house. This house consist of an Engine, Rescue, Medic, Tech Rescue Support, Brush, Utility, Reserve Medic, and 2 Zodiacs. One of the bigger stations in Fairfax County, it still has a fire pole although it is not in service. This firehouse is also partial volunteer but it is staffed with career personnel 24/7/365. Guys of course are great across all the shifts. Had some good times and jobs at this house. ”

“Decent place, easy ingress but egress onto Shipplet or Old Keene Mill can be difficult during slow periods and almost impossible during heavy traffic times. I use various stores and restaurants here on a regular basis, several times a week, and other than exiting the parking area I have no complaints”

“Honestly, I think Pohick was more inviting before the renovations. Being closed for over a year was very inconvenient to me, and I was underwhelmed with the changes. The layout of the parking is not practical and made a lot more sense before the changes. However, I have been going to this library for my whole life and have never had issues with service or availability of books. The staff has always helpful in finding books and working with making a new library card and working with the printers and computers.”

“I was extremely impressed that unlike other contractors I've hired in the past, Glenn was on site most of the day, supervising his crew and ensuring that everything was done properly. I also appreciated his straight talk, attention to detail, and very reasonable price. Admittedly, I did not shop around, but I seriously doubt any of the bigger roofing companies -- with their overhead costs -- would be able to deliver the same quality at his price point. His crew completed the work in one day, and did a very comprehensive clean-up. He made a point to do an especially good clean-up in the backyard where my dogs run. I didn't find a single nail there. I did find two straggler nails in the driveway -- but I wasn't expecting his magnet to get every single one. Glenn was the last one to leave, and even fixed a separate minor issue we identified. The roof and gutters look great, and it was an overall great experience. I highly recommend Falcon Roofing.”

“We took the family here for the Fall Festival. It was $48 for a family of four. The kids had a great time. There were lots of things to do and we never had to wait. It's similar to Cox Farm, but on a smaller area of land. It never felt too crowded. Food options and prices were fair, but we brought our own lunch. The forest hay ride was neat as well. We waited until the line died down so we only waited a few minutes. Parking was a little tough and the gravel was not easy on our stroller. I ended up carrying our stroller through the lot. No big deal though.”
