“I was referred to Dr. Iwamoto by my primary dentist for periodontal work. I have had four surgeries with Dr. Iwamoto over the past three years. Dr. Iwamoto is outstanding. He takes detailed before and after pictures so the patient can see the progress. He has a quiet demeanor, but is a skilled surgeon and has great regard for whether or not his patients are in pain or discomfort. Dr. Iwamoto called me personally following surgery and asked how I was feeling (who does that these days....he does). While my treatment plan is complete, my wife is now a patient. His billing of my insurance has always been accurate, and the pre-treatment estimates have always been on point. In fact, at our last appointment we received a small REFUND of something the insurance unexpectedly covered. When was the last time you got a refund from a doctor? Staff has always been friendly and have taken the time to know us personally, and have remembered life events such as birth of children, new home purchases/sales. I would highly recommend Dr. Iwamoto if you require periodontal services.”

“Reservation was made on-line, for same-day visit. Check-in was smooth, and they caught that my address needed to be updated (thank you.). I arrived 10 minutes early, per instructions; wait was less than 15 minute (I was seen 5 minutes after my reserved time.). Nurse was courteous, professional, and attentive. She quickly assessed symptoms. There was a delay in being seen by the doctor, as there was only one on-site, but they checked on me while I waited in the exam room. The Doc provided clear information on both the illness and the prescriptions. I received a follow-up call three days later, to check on my progress. Outstanding service!”

“I can not recommend this practice highly enough. I took one of my 17 year old cats in to be seen, and unfortunately made the choice to put her down because her quality of life was in decline. The staff was very sympathetic and kind, the vet who treated her was knowledgeable and straightforward. Dr. Vanderhoof was amazingly patient with my kids’ presence during the first visit (I didn’t have time to find a babysitter), and was so gentle with Minion during the exam and during the process of putting her down. I just wanted to say thank you to your team for their kindness and professionalism. I picked up her ashes, collar, and paw prints today and was touched by the care taken with her remains. Thank you for treating her with such kindness and making the loss a little more bearable for our family. We’ll be bringing her brother to you for his check-ups from now on.”
