“Reservation was made on-line, for same-day visit. Check-in was smooth, and they caught that my address needed to be updated (thank you.). I arrived 10 minutes early, per instructions; wait was less than 15 minute (I was seen 5 minutes after my reserved time.). Nurse was courteous, professional, and attentive. She quickly assessed symptoms. There was a delay in being seen by the doctor, as there was only one on-site, but they checked on me while I waited in the exam room. The Doc provided clear information on both the illness and the prescriptions. I received a follow-up call three days later, to check on my progress. Outstanding service!”

“Overall, I had a very positive first visit experience. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and made check in a breeze. Wait time was average with any doctor visits. I met with Dr. Clop who was fantastic - great listener, didn't rush the appointment, asked me a ton of questions to help with my diagnosis, and very empathetic. Only negative is the gal who was responsible for providing me with paperwork seemed like she could have used a cup of coffee and a happy pill. I didn't find her to be very helpful in explaining what I needed to do next. I had to ask the girl at the check out desk what I needed to do with all of my paperwork. Otherwise, I would recommend Town Center Orthopaedics.”

“I can not recommend this practice highly enough. I took one of my 17 year old cats in to be seen, and unfortunately made the choice to put her down because her quality of life was in decline. The staff was very sympathetic and kind, the vet who treated her was knowledgeable and straightforward. Dr. Vanderhoof was amazingly patient with my kids’ presence during the first visit (I didn’t have time to find a babysitter), and was so gentle with Minion during the exam and during the process of putting her down. I just wanted to say thank you to your team for their kindness and professionalism. I picked up her ashes, collar, and paw prints today and was touched by the care taken with her remains. Thank you for treating her with such kindness and making the loss a little more bearable for our family. We’ll be bringing her brother to you for his check-ups from now on.”

“I've been working with Tom @ Gifted for several years and he's been an absolute pleasure to work with. I had a multi-year project in building a dedicated listening room in my home, and his assistance in demoing different equipment that I had narrowed down as well as customer support through the process was absolutely fantastic. Just to expand on that, I had settled on Magnepan's 1.7 speakers and he was able to set them up with a back-end as close to the setup I was going in to give me the best idea of how they would sound for me once they were broken in. This sealed the deal for me. As far as my turntable selection, Tom spent an afternoon with me doing and A/B comparison between two Rega models I was considering and handled it beautifully: he would play a few things that I brought and knew well, and played a few things he had that I didn't know, and simply let me listen and come up with the decision on my own. He knew where I was going to go, but wanted me to come up with it on my own :) The system that he's help me build has gotten a ton of great reviews from all of my friends and visitors to the house, a big testament to his efforts and support. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Tom and Gifted listener for my hi-fi needs, and would recommend anyone in the area to go and have a chat with him.
