I have never had to take back the car for the same issue. One time, my SAAB was making very strange noise. I towed the car in. Carr Fleet checked the SAAB and found nothing wrong. They did not bill me for anything! With that kind of honesty, they will have me as a customer for life. I give them a 5 star and highly recommend the shop for your repair needs.”
