“Very interesting place. This is actually a church - which operates a gym and recreation facility. Go figure, right? As it works out, the combination is not as strange as you might think. Evidently, a local church was looking for a new home - and this former industrial warehouse popped onto their realtor's radar. One thing led to another, and they opened their new building as a fitness center that also serves as a church. A healthy body is good for the soul! The center is open to the public on a fee-per-use basis, and also as memberships (the whole story and the membership plans on are their website - I'm probably not doing them justice). This includes several indoor soccer fields, basketball courts, and other athletic areas. Our Boy Scout Troop rents an indoor soccer field a few times a year for spirited games of Ultimate frizbee. Highly recommended!”

Donny does his best to get everyone what they need to achieve their goals, and it constantly has new equipment coming in. I've moved away from doing the CrossFit classes and only participate in their barbell club (Hydraulic Barbell). It's a great place with fun people. If you're looking for a good gym in the area, come check it out! --- Best CrossFit box ever. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable, and they make classes fun!”
