“Anthony & Sylvan installed the pool behind our home 30 years ago, so when it came time to renovate it, we went back to them for the work. The project was a complete overhaul of the pool and surrounding deck and involved many moving parts. The Anthony & Sylvan team was always in regular contact with us, accessible by email, telephone, and even text message. On the rare occasion when a subcontractor appeared on site without necessary information, it took no time at all to contact a responsible party at Anthony & Sylvan and get everyone back on track again. The project was largely on time, barring some weather delays and some other delays to which we equally contributed. But, most importantly, the project was on budget! Throughout the project, Anthony & Sylvan went to great lengths to make things right and to live up to the company’s stellar reputation. Following the project’s completion, we were able to get someone from Anthony & Sylvan to come out and correct a few things to make sure we were 100% happy with our pool’s performance. We also decided to have Anthony & Sylvan provide our weekly pool maintenance the following summer and install our brand-new pool heater. In short, this is an ethical, reliable, and professional company that stands by its work and its reputation. “I can not recommend this practice highly enough. I took one of my 17 year old cats in to be seen, and unfortunately made the choice to put her down because her quality of life was in decline. The staff was very sympathetic and kind, the vet who treated her was knowledgeable and straightforward. Dr. Vanderhoof was amazingly patient with my kids’ presence during the first visit (I didn’t have time to find a babysitter), and was so gentle with Minion during the exam and during the process of putting her down. I just wanted to say thank you to your team for their kindness and professionalism. I picked up her ashes, collar, and paw prints today and was touched by the care taken with her remains. Thank you for treating her with such kindness and making the loss a little more bearable for our family. We’ll be bringing her brother to you for his check-ups from now on.”

“I've been working with Tom @ Gifted for several years and he's been an absolute pleasure to work with. I had a multi-year project in building a dedicated listening room in my home, and his assistance in demoing different equipment that I had narrowed down as well as customer support through the process was absolutely fantastic. Just to expand on that, I had settled on Magnepan's 1.7 speakers and he was able to set them up with a back-end as close to the setup I was going in to give me the best idea of how they would sound for me once they were broken in. This sealed the deal for me. As far as my turntable selection, Tom spent an afternoon with me doing and A/B comparison between two Rega models I was considering and handled it beautifully: he would play a few things that I brought and knew well, and played a few things he had that I didn't know, and simply let me listen and come up with the decision on my own. He knew where I was going to go, but wanted me to come up with it on my own :) The system that he's help me build has gotten a ton of great reviews from all of my friends and visitors to the house, a big testament to his efforts and support. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Tom and Gifted listener for my hi-fi needs, and would recommend anyone in the area to go and have a chat with him.
