“If I could give this Banfield Pet Hospital 10 stars, I would! This is the BEST pet hospital ever! I’ve been going here for years. They take care of my Persian cat, Prince and let me tell you there is no better customer service anywhere around here in NOVA! If anything is wrong or if I just need grooming (he has to be sedated) they take the best care of him! They also take time to explain everything to me! “I've been working with Tom @ Gifted for several years and he's been an absolute pleasure to work with. I had a multi-year project in building a dedicated listening room in my home, and his assistance in demoing different equipment that I had narrowed down as well as customer support through the process was absolutely fantastic. Just to expand on that, I had settled on Magnepan's 1.7 speakers and he was able to set them up with a back-end as close to the setup I was going in to give me the best idea of how they would sound for me once they were broken in. This sealed the deal for me. As far as my turntable selection, Tom spent an afternoon with me doing and A/B comparison between two Rega models I was considering and handled it beautifully: he would play a few things that I brought and knew well, and played a few things he had that I didn't know, and simply let me listen and come up with the decision on my own. He knew where I was going to go, but wanted me to come up with it on my own :) The system that he's help me build has gotten a ton of great reviews from all of my friends and visitors to the house, a big testament to his efforts and support. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Tom and Gifted listener for my hi-fi needs, and would recommend anyone in the area to go and have a chat with him.
