(August 27, 2022, 9:35 pm)The staff at Auto Stop Elite are absolutely top-notch. Took as much care of my commuter car as they did if my vintage Land Rover. Impeccably friendly at the service desk and amazingly knowledgeable mechanically. Went above and beyond every time I came in or even called with a question. Knew me by name and car after our first interaction. Ben, Brian, Jim and the whole crew are phenomenal. I don’t go anywhere else, even though I have another highly rated shop minutes from my house.
(June 16, 2022, 7:09 pm)I typically do all the repairs on my car except tires and wheel alignments. This is by far the most professional and competent automotive repair facility in the area. I had a tire sent to them from a large retailer and they persevered and were able to install it even though it had a lot of issues due to how it was stored/ transported. Most places would have insisted that I buy a tire from their stock but Auto Elite is more interested in repeat customers than a single transaction. Ben the owner is first rate. James the tech is excellent. Definitely a quality establishment.
(May 18, 2022, 11:17 am)Went to Auto Stop Elite for my VA state safety inspection. I really appreciate the friendly staff and the additional care they provide for my vehicle. In addition to the routine VA state safety inspection, they gave my vehicle a thorough bumper to bumper inspection. They provided me with digital copy of the inspection that includes photos and any service suggestions they have. They send you on your way with a detailed estimate and there is never any pressure to have any extra services done. As long I have a car and live in the area, I will use Auto Stop Elite.
(May 8, 2022, 12:52 pm)This shop is beyond the best in the NoVA area for general repairs, they not only take care of you from a mechanical standpoint they also go out of their way to educate you on important safety info ever car owner should know. Other shops may nickel and dime you but not ASE. Ben and Meredith are also some of the most personable owners I have ever met. I don’t trust anyone else to work on my Skyline for general needs.
TLDR: trustworthy, fair, detailed, and have your safety in mind.
(May 2, 2022, 12:12 pm)Reputable shop that does great work. I’ve had my car serviced here since I moved to the area. They replaced my entire air conditioning system and also rebuilt my suspension after the air suspension failed.
The quality of the work is excellent. What I appreciate most is their diagnostic analysis. They will inspect the car, email you the report, take photos of the problem area so you can look at it yourself, and then call you to explain the problem and your options. Clarity and honesty among mechanics are rare finds, indeed.
They aren’t the cheapest place around, but their work includes a 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty. Peace of mind for the quality of the workmanship makes it worth it.
The waiting area is clean, and the staff are very professional and actually speak English.
Highly recommend!
