“This ATM is walk up style, located outside between the CGX and Choong Man Chicken. There is a sign that indicates the premises are being monitored. I felt safe. The shopping center is small, but not overly crowded. I used the ATM to deposit cash. In order to deposit cash, you need your debit card. The machine can take up to 30 bills at a time and will count it and show you the total on the screen. You have the option to deposit more or end the process. I chose to take a receipt at the beginning of the process. I think it went fine.”

“I use this location and the staff are very welcoming and professional. This is also their headquarters. They are one with this community and have a walking trail around the building. They also put in a outside gym for everyone to use. They get food trucks during the week and conduct fun run's through out the year, that everyone can join.”

“Had read the dismal reviews and was hesitant to go to this branch to conduct some mundane account business. But because of its proximity to my home I decided to drop in. My experience was a pleasant one....checked in upon entering and waited no more than 2-3 minutes before a young man introduced himself and asked me into his office to discuss my needs. Of course I can't recall his name.......but he was polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. He easily took care of the issues that I needed addressed and, with that, I was on my way. I'm sure that the negative reviews that have been posted were posted for good reason. I simply wanted to share a positive experience for the branch.....”

Mrs. Hong was awesome and even the young lady at the counter that pointed me in the right direction, so i was directed to check in with the greeter. This review would have been 5 stars, but the cold welcome, unenthusiastic exchange and animatronic actions and unwelcoming attitude of Stephen ( the greeter) is the only reason that this is not a five star review. And for it being my first time going into a branch, that really made me feel like never coming back to that particular branch.”
