“10/10! I started seeing Dr. Zarbalian back in November 2020, shortly after having been to the ER and urgent care for multiple, chronic issues. I was referred to the rheumatologist specialist but every place I checked said that the waiting period would be 1-1.5years which is outrageous!! Finally, I found East-West Rheumatology and, although I was located in Blacksburg, VA at the time, Dr. Zarbalian was able to see me via telehealth within a week! Since then, Dr. Z has been very attentive to my health issues and I absolutely love the use of the virtual patient portal to help keep track with updates/changes that I am experiencing. Dr. Z is very invested and caring towards his patients and really takes the time to figure out an individualized/specific treatment plan. Additionally, his knowledge in acupuncture and oriental medicine is phenomenal! I have had several acupuncture treatments with him for severe pain and really do feel like the acupuncture/herbs are helping. I am most certainly going to continue to come to this practice and would highly recommend this clinic to everyone!”

“Today was my second visit with Dr. Hallivis over the course of several years. He is excellent at diagnosing issues and explaining them in a way that is comprehensible. He is also exceedingly thorough. My appointment today was about an issue I am having with my one foot but while I was there I pointed out a concern with one of my toes that my dermatologist has not been able to figure out. Dr, Hallivis immediately knew what the problem was. Also, as an aside I arrived on time and did not have to wait. That was true for my prior visit as well. I highly recommend him if you are having any problems or concerns with your feet or ankles.”

“I enrolled my infant son in this center at 8 months old and talk about having peace of mind. I'm an older mom and my first child so of course I did tons of due diligence before choosing Saratoga. The directors genuinely care about the kids and the teachers are great at sending updates and pictures thru the Kinder Care app so that you're in the loop of your little ones milestones and developments. My son learned how to eat solids there whereas I would have probably been too afraid to leave the purees. The only negative is my son gets sick a lot, which means I do too, but that's to be expected at any childcare facility.”
