“This company was so responsive and helpful. Our animal hospital lost power during a storm when it took down the power lines connected to our building. Dominion Power told us we needed to hire an electric for much of the work and then they could restore the power. We called Belal at 1 am Friday evening. He picked up. We determined that we were ok until morning. He showed up at 7:30 - had it fixed in a few hours. Charged us so reasonably. He made all the repairs, was extremely professional, and completely honest. He will be our electrician for all our future needs.”

Chad has been out twice in the past several months, once for my dishwasher which was not getting things clean and once for my refrigerator which was leaving little puddles on the floor. Both times he has been on time, and has been polite, friendly, and knowledgable. He's done the job right both times and always gives me useful advice on how to maintain my appliances properly. I will continue to use Master Appliance Service and I highly recommend them. FYI, they don't work on Wolf appliances (which is too bad because that's my stove).”

It included cabinets, counter tops, pantry, electrical, plumbing and painting work. We purchased the appliances ourselves and the only thing retained in our kitchen was the wooden floor. Maria, the designer, was very professional and helped us with ideas and designs that we wanted to see. Olivia, the project coordinator, and Brian, the subcontractor, were also very professional and very good at coordinating and handling the day-to-day issues that came up during the entire project. This made the experience a pleasant one considering the magnitude of the job. The entire project team was made up of reliable individuals who showed up on time and did what they said they will do. Everyone was very good at their expertise. Our kitchen looks beautiful and we would recommend Nicely Done Kitchens to anyone wanting a quality job at a reasonable price.”
