He has been very accessible by phone and email, always replying very quickly to requests--something that is in short supply with many attorneys. During in-person meetings, he seems to be quite engaged and takes the time to hear out my concerns. So far, of the several attorneys I've crossed paths with, Mr. Scholar looks like the best fit for my situation. A suggestion to others looking for the right attorney: give yourself time to meet several before going with one that's a good fit, I didn't find Mr. Scholar until after speaking with perhaps a dozen different attorneys, and as mentioned, even then it was a chance meeting.
