“Today I printed out 20 photos (our Christmas card) on the "Instant Print" machine. When the pictures came out I noticed that some of the letters were cut off, but because they were already printed I felt there was nothing I could do. Disappointed, I paid and went home. After returning home I really felt like I couldn't send these cards because of the letters being incorrect. I called the One Hour Photo and spoke to Doreen, who was so kind and helpful. She told me I could come back and "see what we could do." After a few little tweaks, we got the picture perfect and she allowed me to re-print them free of charge. I know this is a little thing. It may not be much to anyone else. 20 pictures ended up costing no more that $6.00, but financially, my family is struggling. The fact that I was able to fix the problem, with no hassle, no questions, and not having to spend another $6.00, really blessed me today. Thank you Doreen, you truly went above and beyond in your kindness and customer care!”
