“Great for during the week, plenty of machines and weights and aides, great classes, pool and hot tub, and a full locker room with showers - can get your time in and get ready for your day after. But don't bother trying to use the facilities on most weekends, especially if there's a meet or a birthday party - the meets at least are posted on the website, but each one is different for what's available for the public so you have to pay CLOSE attention or you might arrive on a day when the entire facility is closed to the public, or you might miss a day where the fitness room and locker rooms are available, but not the pool - or you might show up and have the fitness room available but nowhere to change or clean up after - which is fine, I guess, if you live in town and/or prepared for it. Either way, the postings about the closures are unclear what's open during these events - I suggest calling ahead to verify.”
