“I feel pretty compelled to write a review because I’ve had to come here twice in four days- for separate issues. I traumatically broke my finger at work and was seen by Lisa, FNP. She was helpful, thorough, personable. I was so upset and in a ton of pain when I walked in, and due to her quick actions of relieving the pressure in my finger- I left smiling and in much less pain. She had great bedside manner. Fast forward four days, and my daughter has a wicked cough and won’t eat. Because of my experience with Lisa being so positive before, I brought her here hoping Lisa was again working. She was! Lisa saw my daughter, they played for a minute. She treated my daughter like family, examined her appropriately in a non-confrontational way (like play), and determined the issue. Lisa sent in the prescriptions immediately and even made the antibiotics once a day (so I don’t have to fight with my kid). She was so good to my daughter and I that I actually hugged her. The nurse who works here, who’s name escapes me, is also incredible. I highly recommend.”
