We got our truck stuck in deep mud and after several frustrating hours, finally called for help. The tow truck arrived within an hour and without hassle winched our vehicle up a hill to freedom. The tow operator was friendly, expert, competent, and professional. I would call him again in a heartbeat the next time we get stuck!
Needed flat tire fixed. Quick, excellencent service, friendly people and very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
Blew the radiator going up Fancy gap hill with two horses and a donkey in the trailer. The good man Steve hauled the trailer and us to where we were going in Floyd and then went back for the truck which was fixed by lunch time the next day. Reasonably priced and very awesome people.
Hope you never need their services but you can't go wrong calling them if you do.
My wife and I were on our way to Floydfest when our truck broke down. My wife called and spoke with the Jolly crew, they were friendly, reasonably priced, promt and honest. Did what they said they'd do, in a timely fashion. I appreciate them, would use them again if the need ever came up again and highly recommend them.
We were heading from mid-North Carolina to Wytheville, Virginia to go camping when my truck made a horrible noise and came to a halt. Here we were, 100 miles from home, towing a 34 foot camper, and stuck on the side of a very busy I-77. I called AAA and arranged for a tow truck, fully expecting to have the truck and camper towed home (thank goodness our AAA plan would cover it).
We were told the tow trucks would arrive in an hour and a half. They ended up getting there in an hour. When I described what had happened, both drivers immediately knew what the problem was. I just knew I had a MAJOR mechanical issue and that the truck was toast. They thought it was something different, and much simpler. Sure enough, upon raising the hood, we found a hose that had blown off the turbo, due to a hose clamp that had failed.
With this new information, coupled with it being a very simple and inexpensive fix, they offered to tow the truck and camper to a nearby dealership, where I bought a $17 clamp. Ten minutes after arriving at the dealership, I had the issue fixed. I hitched up the camper and we were back on way... this time a mere 5 minutes from our destination, thanks to their tow.
I say all that to say this: I dealt with three employees of this business...the woman who I spoke to on the phone who arranged our tow, and the two tow truck operators. All three were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. They made a difficult situation much more bearable. In the end, they saved our family trip. Kudos to the folks at Jolly's Towing!
