  My experience with CENVAR has been outstanding from the beginning. They not only had the low bid, they proposed better materials and a shorter completion time. They honored their contract perfectly and worked to keep me in the loop with everything going on. We'll have to wait a while to see how the roof performs but if it performs as well as the roofing company I think we'll be very happy with it.

  I was very satisfied. Workers came on time as promised. Good price compared to others. No leaks after. Cleaned up thoroughly .

  I had them do two roofs for me and referred them to my neighbor and a friend. Top notch. No complaints from anybody.

  From the outset, this company was prompt, responsible, and personable. And their bid came in lower than I had expected. I decided to go with them, but I failed to get initial HOA approval for a new roof, and when the shingles were delivered, my HOA reminded me that I didn't have approval. I was out of town at the time, but Cenvar worked with me to get the HOA committee examples of the shingles (a& therefore last minute approval). A short while later, when I there was an issue with some of the caulking around one boot, they came immediately over to fix it. No questions asked. And when another chimney contractor saw an issue on the wall of the adjacent neighbor's townhouse where Cenvar had put up my flashing, though it was debatable whose "responsibility" the issue was, Thomas McGowan (manager) and Seamus Heaney (main roofer) came over and fixed it promptly.
  
  In short, I would work with them again, no question. I'm sure that different people have different experiences in these matters, but with Thomas at the helm, I enthusiastically recommend them.
