  The Winchester, VA office has been a great help to us for years. Not only do they expertly conduct our annual termite inspection, they take care of all other prevenative pest control needs professionally and efficiently. A very special thank you goes to Tim and Vince. They are the best in the business. We highly recommend the Winchester, VA office to everyone.

  We've used Dodson for years. Tim, our current service guy, is friendly, efficient and thorough, on time, and knowledgeable. He answers all of our questions and concerns. Will make extra visits when requested, all with a smile. Great!

  I think the people at Dodson are amazing! They didn't hesitate to answer all my questions with patience - I always have alot of questions. I've met several of their people and I think the best person so far is Tim. I think he's a manager (or should be!) but still helped me when I needed service for my mother's home - bedbugs - and made me feel much better about how and why she got them. I would call them anytime I need an exterminator as long as they send Tim.

  My daughter's met Michell when she was working at the neighbor's house and they told her that we have an ant issue. She gave them her card and later rewarded them for their referral!
  I called the office and spoke with Kelly who was warm, understanding and quite personable. She contacted Michell right away and less than 24 hours later we had an appointment set up.
  Michell and Kelly are wonderful to work with. They walked us through the details of each treatment and price options. Kelly even referred me to a landscaping company to help with ticks in the yard. Michell took a personal interest in our kids and animals while remaining very professional during her visit. She even climbed under the car with my daughter to save a kitten and faced a childhood fear of ferrets!
  I highly recommend this company, especially if they are all like Michell and Kelly.
