I've worked as a Caregiver for FirstLight for five years this February! I would not still be working here if I didn't feel appreciated as an employee. Although there has been some turnover in the office staff since I started, they have always tried to do their best to provide reliable service for their clients and still support the caregivers working for them, too!

My grandfather was going downhill rapidly when we got word from a family friend about FirstLight HomeCare. They came into my grandparents house and made it their home. They took phenomenal care of my grandpa. From cooking and cleaning to laundry or even just sitting there keeping him company. The caregivers were so friendly and willing to do anything to take stress off of us as a family so that we could enjoy our last few months with my grandpa will mean everything to me. They will never know how thankful my family and I are for all that they did for us.
