  The actual product is fantastic and to installer was efficient and cleaned up exceptionally well after himself. The product is expensive, but has a lifetime guarantee and is made of recyclable material. Keep in mind they are paying the salesman, the people who came to take the precise measurements, the scheduler, and the installer for their time as well as paying for the product itself. The scheduling was about a month later than we had hoped, but it worked out OK and we are very happy with our new shower.

  Have had our new standup shower unit about 2 weeks now and we are loving it. The install went smoothly and took about a day and a half for completion. This is an investment in our home that will last us many many years to come. Lifetime service and warranty on materials was part of the selling point for us. The cost is premium, coming in around 8k (cost of a used car). However, this investment will not depreciate over time-it will add value to our home and last more than just 4-5 years like a used vehicle might if you’re lucky. Very satisfied with the final product.

  The install and the technician was the best and yes I would recommend " bathfitter" to my relatives and my friends it was a few details that I didn't like!!! For one it took them almost 4 months for them to receive my supplies and contact me to set up a date for a install date and also don't offer in the package a towel rack and that why I give them a four star rating.
