“I have been banking at First Citizens for 12 years and the staff there is like family to me. They are the most friendly, professional, and competent group of people you could ever work with. Not only do I do my personal banking, but I also use them for our business banking as well. We use them for point of sale credit cards transactions, financing, and for general banking.
