To say RV Medic is the best just doesn’t seem adequate.
We can’t begin to express our appreciate to Brent with RV Medic, for one of the most positive decision making experiences we have ever had.
We found the motorhome of our dreams on the other side of the US, 2600 miles from home. We knew that unless we found an experienced, professional set of eyes and ears that would be willing to drive to the dealership to perform a thorough inspection, we would never feel confident enough to follow through with this purchase.
That is when we turned to the NRVIA’s website and happened upon Brent. We could not have found a more perfect inspector. We immediately could tell that he was very passionate about his work, very knowledgeable and sensitive to his clients concerns. He went above and beyond in accommodating our ever changing schedule. He communicated and worked well with the staff at the dealership.
We were so impressed with the 55 page inspection report and how comprehensive it was. Every system was thoroughly inspected, photographed, turned on and tested. Four fluid samples were taken and sent in for testing. There were well over 100 photos included in the report. We were able to use the findings on our inspection report in the purchase negotiations of our motorhome.
Because of Brent’s knowledge and professionalism, we saved thousands on the purchase of our motorhome and slept well knowing we made the right decision.
