We recently had Water Pro come to our house to test our water and look over our water softner unit. Our technician Jacob answered all of our questions and gave great recommendations. Very professional. We will use Water Pro for future services.

We recently purchased a home that has a reverse osmosis system in it. That system was installed by WaterPro by the previous owner. We called to get a free water inspection and to learn how to take care of the system. Jacob was so kind, patient, professional, knowledgeable and informative. He had a great demeanor. He made sure all our questions were answered and explained the system to my husband. He showed him the filters in the crawl space. We ended up deciding to have WaterPro do the filter changes in the future. WaterPro is definitely lucky to have Jacob as a “face” for their company.

Water Pro installed a Reverse Osmosis system for me. The water went from totally undrinkable to crisp good tasting water. They attend to all my water needs inc periodic maintenance on the softener they installed, my well and pump maintenance, RO filters etc. Couldn't be happier with the Office staff and the Service Technicians.
