Water Solutions

I was out of town and my wife was home with no water on a Sunday. She called Bobby Monday morning and they had a cancellation. They had the part they needed on their truck and had it up and running before noon. Bobby called me and gave me a detail description of what went wrong and a suggestion to avoid the problem from happening again.

Replaced water tank pressure switch. John Oliver was the guy that came out. Very nice and respectful guy. He went right to work fixed it quickly and opened well and patched a place in the the cement inside. Excellent job, and very professional! Wouldn't hesitate to call again. Thanks.

I couldn't be more pleased with the quality job, fair price and professionalism of Water Solutions! You will not go wrong going to them for your well and water softener or purifier needs. I needed a repair and wanted an expansion tank replaced in a hurry for my house closing. They did exactly what they said they would do, when they would, and for a very fair price. Even went beyond my expectations to make sure the job was done right! We all know that's all too often rare, and a joy when you find that type of service.

Our well broke down on Sunday I called and left a message. Bobby called me first thing Monday morning. The team arrived at 08:45. They were professional and did a great job. Had to replace the foot valve and all the PVC pipe about 60 feet. All in all a great job they were here for approximately two and half hours. They charged me $800 and the bill wasn’t itemized. I believe it was way to much for replacing the foot valve. Just saying you should get a good quote before they start. Again it was top quality work.

Bobby and his team have provided the service on our water system since we moved into our home and have always provided excellent service. Very responsive when we have needed them for anything out of the ordinary.

We recently installed a new system and are very happy with the results. Great consultation and coordination from Water Solutions from the well digging to the install of the new equipment to make sure we got exactly what we needed.
