We had an issue with our slides not operating and we tried taking it to a few places and no one knew how to fix it. We even had it towed to a big "name" place and they all didnt know what was wrong. We called this company and they came within a few days after making arrangements with us. Not only did they fix it but they charged us what seemed very fair and not outrageous prices. We will definitely contact them for anything we need help with from now on if we are in this area. Thanks guys!

Our RV refrigerator broke on a Saturday. I called and left a message after looking them up on Google, and Travis called me on SUNDAY to schedule an appointment the very next Thursday. (Other places couldn't get me in for at least a week or two...)

They showed up a little late. (But they called first to let me know, which was awesome!) They were able to fix my RV refrigerator in no time at all.

They did come to us, so there was a $75 driving fee, and $150 for parts and labor. Although labor and the driving fee was a bit more than taking it to a RV shop (which was to be expected), the fact that they could come out within a week of calling was a huge plus in my book!

I will definitely be using them again the next time I run into something I can't fix on my RV! Thanks guys!

I came to see family in the area and needed some repairs on my travel trailer during the short visit. Joe was able to fit me in right away, coming to where I was parked. Joe and Travis figured out my problem and completed the repair at a reasonable cost. They resolved another issue with my air HVAC by simply fixing my misunderstanding of how it operated. A great business.

RV DOCTOR, father and son team, were called to give me a quote on replacing my awning, replacing my outdoor antennae, replacing my gas detector and replacing two ground fault receptacles. They arrived once the parts came in and were done in just a few hours. They were courteous and efficient. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them. Pleasant experience. They also agreed to come from Gloucester to Surry, Va.

My slide was stuck half way out, wouldn't go out or in. Called the RV Doctor around 10 in the morning and he said he could come out about 2 that afternoon if that was early enough. He called about 1:30 said he was on his way. This is a father and son team, they determined one of the motors had failed, ordered a new motor came back two days later and replaced it.Slide out has been working fine since. Great service and the charge was reasonable, would highly recommend..
