She was extremely polite and told me someone would call me back soon. As she had said, Danny called me back promptly and notified me that someone would be to my home by 10:30am. At 10am (early), two employees, Robert and Byrun, were at my home to identify my water issue. They were very professional, identified the problems, and were on their way by 10:35am. I was, and still am, so relieved that my family and I didn't have to wait days to have our water fixed. From the moment I called this business , I was treated well, like a valued customer. “I had the golf cart delivered to the campground for the first time, and when I asked the ranger how it works..she said they usually just drop them off behind the ice cream shop. So I called for more info, and the lady said he was otw and she would have him bring it to the camp site I was at. Well an hour later, I called back and she said it should have been dropped off already..and it was (behind the ice cream shop). The problem is you don’t even get a text, email, phone call to know when or where it was/will be dropped off unless you call back to back. There should be much better communication. Other than that, the golf cart was fine.”
