Had polybutylene (QUEST) piping that started failing throughout the house. Got a quote for complete repipe, new main water line, and new water heater. Price was very fair. It's a rental house, and they went above and beyond to schedule everything with the tenant. Jennifer and Jordan are awesome and very communicative. The job went great. Highly recommend! They are rockstars!

We contacted them for a possible leaking pipe. The plumber came out in a timely manner, however, after cutting 4 holes in the wall was unable to locate the leak. He said the washer was leaking which ended up not being the case. We called for him to return and was told they didn't have anything for 2 day which I didn't understand because they advertise 24/7 service and obviously obviously missed something the first time. We ended up calling a different plumbing company who came out within 2 hours and fixed the problem. The pipe that was leaking was going into the floor so there was no need to have cut the wall and exposed the pipes which will be an additional expense to fix. Poor customer service.

Jordan reached out to me and quickly resolved the situation by offering a refund of the diagnostic charge which was satisfactory to me. I appreciate his follow up and willingness to resolve the issue.

The four workers showed up at the scheduled time, introduced themselves and got right to work. They took time to protect my carpet and any other items that may be in their area of work. They didn't need constant supervision but knew I was there should they have any questions. The four of them worked well together and quite efficiently. The work was completed in the timeframe I was given and when they left all the debris had been cleared and you would not have known the work had been accomplished. I would highly recommend this company.

First time using this company and they were very professional and the tech was very knowledgeable of his task at hand. Highly recommended and will call them again on any future work that needs to be done.
