Only got a four star rating because they entered the wrong mileage on a carfax by 25k. Hoping they will correct it. Tough to explain why your vehicle does not have almost 97k miles.

The best car dealership in the area!! It's been nearly a year since I purchased a used car from this dealership, and the car has held up incredibly well. When going on the lot I was allowed to drive the car without a salesperson with me in the car, and I really appreciated the privacy. The financing department worked with me to get the best rates for my car, getting the title was smooth, and there has been no issues with the car since purchasing it. If you want to purchase a car from a dealership with honest and hardworking employees with cars that are reliable, go here!

I started my policy on April 5th with an agent in Temple Terrace, FL who messed up my paperwork so badly that over the course of the next two months I was forced to go back to that office to provide more and more paperwork and my policy just kept getting even more messed up, I finally made one desperate last call to fix the problem and reached Marianne Short of Virginia, she was able not only to fix every single problem, she reduced my monthly payment by ($ 110) a month and explained everything about my policy. In 10 minutes she fixed the problem over the phone that seven agents in person could not fix, please give this lady a raise and a day off with pay from a greatful customer (Corey Williams).

I met with Lauren looking for help with my daughter's insurance. Lauren provided excellent service and rates!!
