This was my first visit to this business and the staff treated me as a valued customer. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Very reasonable prices and great quality. Purchased some boat and RV wax and other cleaning supplies. Will visit again for my Boat and RV cleaning products.

Manager was super helpful. Need Port Supply or the shop is prohibitively expensive.

I just want to thank one of the managers (I'm very sorry I forgot his name) for going above an beyond. I was at the public docks, without transportation, doing a routine oil change. In the middle of the oil change, on my Yanmar engine, I realized I had run out of spare oil filters. I called West Marine and one of the managers said he would run one out to the boat for me. About 20 minutes later he arrived with a small selection of oil filters for me to choose from. Outstanding service! Thank you very much!
