“Update I came back on 1 oct 2022 for a pup cup with dogs and paid cash, the entire staff was changed and all had friendly attitudes, I started coming back and regained trust in this store. Tequila made my drink it looks like it could be in a magazine. Love this place now and a true testament of hood vs bad employee and revenue. 18Jan22, I decided to give them a second chance On 18 Jan 2022 they tried to use a fake credit card they cloned from my card for $11.53. Thank goodness they can’t even get that right. I tried calling the store no answers. sometime in 2021 RUUUUUDE!!!! I waited outside the ordering speaker for 10 minutes! Around 5 minutes I said good morning hello and the guy said WAIT! Finally he came in the speaker and said what are you ordering and I said good morning how are and he said, I asked what you are ordering. I was taken back by his rudeness and then asked the worker if they had skinny vanilla lattes and he said you’ll have to get something else we ain’t Starbucks. I asked to speak to his manager and he said I am the manager. I said what is your name and he said Shawn and closed the windows. I can’t believe how rude this guy was. He was a skinny black guy that tried to sound like a girl.”

“757Seven Cities Plumbing Service Shawn has been my plumber for almost 2 year since I move to the NN VA area. I use two other plumbers through my home warranty company which couldn’t fix the issue of the water flow in my kitchen sink. He knew what the issue was within in minutes of checking it out and fixed it . I have not had an issues with it since. I have called him back several times since he fixed the sink for issues in my 3 bathrooms from unclogging a drain/sewer to installing new toilets, and faucets. The most recent service was-repairing leak causes by another company work error, he was able to fix. He has alway been on time, know his profession extremely well, and no mess is ever left behind. All works has been in very timely manner and price is very fair. I have always been very blessed with his work and most grateful .
