Peninsula Grove Apartments

This is my first apartment and it was an awesome choice!! I met Heather, one of the ladies that work in the office, and I can say she has been an amazing pleasure to work with. Very understanding! These Apartments are up to date and very affordable. Thank you!!

This complex was my first on my own back in 2018. I stayed roughly two years had no issues, the staff communicated very well and did everything they could to resolve an issue as long as I communicated it effectively. Years later and I have come back. The level of customer service hasn’t changed. I’ve never had any issues with neighbors or had to worry about safety, I’ve personally haven’t experienced any pest issues. Sure the exterior might not be the prettiest and the interior of the units tell their own story of change, but for the rates they have, I can say anybody looking for a roof over their head would be content compared to some other places in the area.
