I would just like to thank the workers of Better Bodies 757 for their kindness and compassion. The staff helped out my family while we were traveling to Virginia Beach from Cleveland, Ohio. The good people of Better Bodies 757 took the time to help my family when none of the other businesses in the plaza gave us the time of day. If you are in the Hampton area please support Better Bodies 757. If they show half the support and kindness to their patrons as they give to strangers, there can't be a better place to train in Virginia.

Hands down the best gym in the area! Hampton definitely has a winner in this business that greatly benefits the downtown area. The support and community are unmatched. The trainers are fantastic and the atmosphere keeps you motivated. 10/10

Ive been trained by Ty for a year and a half and can count on my hands the amount of times I've done the same workout. He knows his stuff and knows how to mix it up to keep the workouts interesting.
