    This is a great place to work out. The trainers are amazing, patient and kind. They continue to take their time with me. They let me move at my own pace with gentle pushes. The space is enormous which gives us plenty of space to social distance.

    I have fallen in love with Crossfit Stimulus! Cortney, Nicole, Amanda and the others who work there are amazing. They are completely committed to helping all of us increase our mobility, build strength and have a better quality of life. I have thought about doing CrossFit for at least 10 years and finally took the plunge. I enjoy every session and I'm amazed at the noticeable results that I've had in less than 90 days! I highly recommend checking it out! My goal is to live like my peers who are half my age, and they are helping me to accomplish this!

    Whether you are looking for a new gym or trying out CrossFit for the first time, this is the place for you. Everything is high quality, from the equipment, to the staff.

    The coaches and owners get you know you, your fitness goals, you personal limits, and tailor each workout for you.

    When COVID happened, the whole staff was incredibly accommodating; Lending out equipment, doing zoom classes, creating options for at-home workouts, and so much more.

    Nicole and Courtney genuinely care about everyone who shows up to workout and they go out of their way to make it the best experience. Can't recommend them high enough.

    Great box and love the coaches. There is always 2 available per class and able to help/answer any questions. No matter which coach, they take the time to know you, your name, and help you. They offer nutrition coaching and varies challenges throughout the year to help you reach you goal.
