I was in the market to trade my 2017 BMW 330i for something with a bit more features. After visiting other dealerships and eventually settling on the conclusion that my BMW was probably the best I was going get in the current market of low supply / high demand; I received a call from the Audi dealership who ensured there was something in their inventory that would fit what I was looking for. Sure enough they did, a 2018 Mercedes Benz C300! My sales person was Matt Weber, who took the time to understand what I wanted and narrow options to just that. He didn’t try to upsell or get me to purchase a less than desirable vehicle. He was patient and very personable. It was later in the evening when we were conducting, but that didn’t stop him from finding a vehicle, test driving, showing features, stopping by my home so the Mrs can approve and then returning to the dealership to complete the admin portion. The whole process was like working with a friend who had a genuine interest in finding the right car and not just selling a car. My wife and I had a overall good experience and landed a great vehicle.
Scheduled an oil change showed up one hour early. Great environment for waiting. Able to perform work duties while waiting. Service manager was very knowledgeable. Car was washed and ready to go !

ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ABOUT MATT WEBER ARE TRUE! I live in the Richmond area. I had been looking for a vehicle in Richmond for weeks without any luck. I saw a vehicle online that I was interested in. I was leery of buying a vehicle in another city. Before calling, I decided to check out the google reviews. I kept seeing the name MATT WEBER. I was going to ask for Matt, then decided to leave it up to fate. When I called, to my surprise Matt picked up the line. I am so glad he did.
Matt went above and beyond. He confirmed the vehicle was available. I advised I was picking up a rental to get there. We set up a time for me to view and test drive the vehicle. He communicated with me until my arrival. Upon arrival Matt greeted me with direct eye contact, a smile and handshake. I don’t like my time wasted. The vehicle was ready for me. Matt completely put me at ease during the test drive, while pointing out features of the vehicle.
Matt was very kind and patient, while answering all of my questions. Matt listened to my needs and was very quick on his end of the paperwork. Matt also helped me with returning my rental in Hampton. Before I could even ask him questions, he was giving me the information. Like he was reading my mind. He was such a joy to work with. It was like working with a friend, all the while maintaining professionalism. I certainly didn’t feel like I was buying the car and getting the boot. I even got a follow up call the next day. If you are looking for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and ask for Matt Weber!
