As an owner of several properties, I know how hard it is to manage them especially when you have a full time job (or 2). For our last home we decided to have Kay Property Management, LLC, manage our property and it has been one of the best decisions we've made about our properties. First, they helped us list our property and within a day or so, we received interest and our property was shown. Our property was rented within 1 week. Lastly, they took care of ensuring the applicant's qualifications and helped us procure a responsible tenant. Unlike with our other properties, we have had no issues with our current tenants. I highly recommend their services if you are looking to lease your property.
