I have been so pleased with this company that I had to come and write a review.
When looking for someone to be with your loved one there are just so many things to consider. When I inquired about the services offered my mind was put at ease. The patience the office person had was 2nd to none, she allowed me to ask all of my questions and when we got off the phone I thought of something else and when I called back I started apologizing about so many questions and she stopped me right there to let me know that she understood and that they were more than happy to go over what I needed. I know that may be a small gesture for some but it just meant so much to me. I wish I got her name but if the management sees this please, pass on my thanks to her, I believe it was JoAnn.
Needless to say, I will continue to recommend the company for their professionalism and the services offered to my family is top notch, you will not be disappointed.

This company is heaven sent!!!! The professionalism and attention to detail is second to none!!!! They always goes the extra mile to ensure their clients are well taken care of. I have been with Key Elements Care for over two years. I was referred by my best friend. This company has been good to my family. The aides are always professional, patient and respectful. I have not had any staffing issues, they are dependable and reliable. I decided to write this review because of the owner’s dedication and commitment to her company/ brand. My uncle is paraplegic with literacy issues. He had some paperwork that he needed assistance with. Ms.Key (owner) took time out of her weekend, came by my house Saturday afternoon to assist him and pick up documents. My uncle have called her early mornings with questions and concerns, she listened and addressed his concerns. Ms.Key is always there to answer questions if she don’t know the answer she will find out and call back with the answer. The owner is very professional, she has a lot of compassion for her clients. I am getting services through this company for my mom as well. I highly recommend Key Elements Care.
