  Rob Davis and Will Bell did an amazing job with our carpets. We scheduled a move out Charleroi cleaning and we’re worried that some spots were stained and unable to be removed. They were able to remove them with ease, and made our carpets look brand new.

  Chris did my carpet and he showed tremendous professionalism and skill! He came in on time and was super courteous and friendly, once he was done he told me to check out the carpet and I was very impressed. We had a German Shepard golden retriever in the apartment for about a year and they shed like crazy! Chris made sure to get every single hair out of the apartment AND made sure to get every stain that their was. The carpet looks brand new and I am very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you Chris!

  Carpet looks great! On time, professional, and knowledgeable. There is always someone there to answer when you call, good availability, the techs Chris and Will gave me a heads up call when they were on their way. Techs were on time, professional, thorough and yet efficient and quick. All in all a great experience, would use again!

  Amazing company! Every aspect of service from my initial phone call for scheduling to the technician arriving, everyone was so friendly and informative. The scheduling coordinator was a pleasure to speak with and answered all of my questions. Robert Davis was our technician that came out to clean the carpets and he was fantastic! He called that day with an estimated time of arrival. Once he arrived he explained the cleaning process, answered more of my questions, was fast but extremely thorough. Our carpets look brand new now! I will definitely be using this company and asking for Robert again. Thank you Eco Carpet Pro!
