I was online looking at prices for storage units. After searching for about two weeks, I finally came across Extra Space Storage on Cobb Parkway by Must Ministries. Prices were unbelievable. Harold called left a message, asking when I could come by. He literally waited until I got there from work. I hit the JACKPOT. It’s a Climate Controlled unit Indoor 1st Floor access. I was initially looking at a 10 x 15, but I was able to get a bigger unit less than I was quoted at other places. You’re the best HAROLD!!

The Manager Shequita was so patient and went out of her way to try and find me the right unit in my price range. She sent me down the street where Tia the manager helped me. I am on a list for a 5x10. The customer service from both manager was exceptional! Thanks ladies!

Shaquita, was very helpful. She provided very important information to help the transition of my move from North Carolina to Georgia less complicated by providing me information about my storage needs. Moving from a house to an apartment into a different state can be overwhelming. Great customer service skills for I worked in customer service for 14 years. She was amazing.
