Great customer service! The owner was very kind when I called. He referred me to Toya who did a great job on my mom's haircut. Not only was Toya very professional, she also showed attention to detail and that she cares about what the customer wants. She also displayed extreme patience and kindness from the little bit of time we were in the shop

I took my son to this barbershop because of the excellent reviews and there were morning times available which worked perfectly. Scheduling the appointment was easy and confirmed in a quickly. Jay was very friendly as well as sociable with my son and I. The prices for his haircuts are reasonable and he did an amazing job on my son’s haircut and shape up. I will definitely be bringing my son back to Jay for all of his haircuts. Thank you Jay for your work and we will be back to visit for his next haircut!

I loved how patient and flexible when it came to cutting my autistic son’s hair. Yes, my son fought and cried, but he was super patient and talked to him kindly until his hair cut was done. Towards the end, my son calmed completely down. Would recommend especially if you have an autistic kid or a kid that just doesn’t like getting hair cuts.

This was the best first experience at a barbershop I have ever experienced. Jay was very knowledgeable with my consultation, and very skilled in his craft. he is also a very down to Earth brother.

I love the fact that Red Carpet Cuts is in a central location and is easily accessible to those in and around Hampton. Looking forward to my next appointment.
